New Zealand: Flat Rate $4.95 (allow 2-6 working days) via NZ Post
*All international deliveries are handled by NZ Post. Any duties and taxes incurred on international deliveries are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Returns & exchanges
If you aren’t over the moon with your recent purchase, we do offer an exchange or refund service to all our customers. Please email daisy@bloomclothing.co.nz within 10 working days from the purchase of the products. You may then return the product and we will either replace with another style (of the same or lesser value) or issue a refund. Please note that after 10 working days, all sales are final.
All returned products must be in their original condition, with all tags still in place, please package the garment securely in a courier bag, enclose your original invoice and send it back to us. The goods are your responsibility until they have arrived back with us. We will process your refund or exchange as soon as the garment is received.
Used or soiled goods will not be accepted, so please ensure care is taken when inspecting your delivery.
Sale items will not be refunded unless they are faulty.
Returns policy
- We cannot process your return until the goods are received at our depot.
- We reserve the right to deny a return, if the goods returned do not meet our return policy requirements.
- We are unable to exchange or refund used, laundered or customer damaged goods.
- We are unable to refund sale items.
- Please note that the shipping charges or any related expenses (custom fees, etc.) cannot be refunded.
- The cost of delivery for returns and refunds is not refundable.
- A further delivery charge will be required for re-sending the exchange.
Faults
We hope your delivery arrives to you in perfect condition, but on the off chance that there is a fault with a product ordered from Daisy Bloom – Please email daisy@bloomclothing.co.nz within 10 working days from the purchase of the products.
You may then return the product for a replacement. In the event that the same product is not available, a refund of the full purchase price (excluding any shipping costs) will be offered or a replacement product to the same or lesser value.
Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. All returned products must be in their original condition, with all tags still in place. Any worn or soiled goods will not be accepted.
